Villa Ruya is a spacious villa situated between the Mediterranean and the Toros mountains. It has four floors and a fantastic swimming pool with separate children's pool. The large terrace is great for relaxing and al fresco dining, overlooking the pool and offering superb sea views. All bedrooms have access to a balcony with fantastic views either of the Mediterranean or the mountains. The villa has marble floors throughout and air conditioning in every bedroom. The large ground floor is an open-plan kitchen/lounge leading to a wide terrace running the full length of the villa. On the terrace there is a separate dining area with barbecue and a relaxing sitting area. There is a constant slight sea breeze which is very welcome on the hot summer days. There is a downstairs toilet/utility.
